Le Hunter Baking Co. currently stands as a Cottage Food Operation, meaning that we are confined to manufacturing our products only in my apartment's 70 square foot kitchen, in the Richmond District of San Francisco.
Our 70 square foot kitchen – albeit very cozy – limits the volume of baked goods we can produce each day. In another note, Hunter Batongmalaque and his grandmother are currently Le Hunter’s only two bakers. Hunter manages the businesses finances, marketing, and strategy himself, with aid from his grandfather.
